In the midst of a sprawling park landscape, far away from the familiar, we combine art therapy, breathwork, yoga, sound, and conscious nutrition into a powerful journey inward. Chakra Kitchen – Conscious cooking, conscious nourishment A special part of our retreat is the Chakra Kitchen – a shared cooking experience that goes far beyond mere nutrition.

In Chakra Kitchen, we combine mindful cooking with the wisdom of chakra teachings. Together, we prepare fresh, nourishing meals that not only strengthen the body but also support our energy centers. Colors, ingredients, and spices are chosen consciously and symbolize different qualities such as grounding, creativity, clarity, or opening the heart.

Cooking together thus becomes a small ritual in the daily retreat routine: a moment of arrival, exchange, and conscious interaction with food. It is not about perfection or complicated recipes, but about joy, mindfulness, and the experience of how nourishing it can be to prepare food together and share it with each other.

The Chakra Kitchen is part of our retreat catering and invites you to experience nutrition as a conscious, connecting, and powerful part of your personal journey. In addition, each participant receives a detox program for home use at the end.

Arrival

How to find us: 1. If you are taking the highway, take the A10 and B96 towards Fürstenberg/Neustrelitz until you reach Dannenwalde. Shortly before the end of the village, you will see a pink village church on the right-hand side. Turn right in front of it and drive straight on to Blumenow. Shortly before the intersection where you turn left, there is a kindergarten on the right-hand side. On the right-hand side, you can now see the building and the large old chimney with the stork's nest. Now take the first driveway on the right and drive along the cobblestone road, which is also illuminated in the evening, until you reach the reception.
2. You can also reach us via the country road. Coming from Berlin, first take the L21 towards Liebenwalde/Zehdenick. From Zehdenick, drive straight ahead at the traffic lights onto the B109 towards Templin and turn left at the first exit towards Neuhof. Now continue along the L214 towards Fürstenberg. Drive through Burgwall, over the Burgwaller Bridge, and in Marienthal turn right at the intersection, drive to Tornow past the mill and the castle, and stay on the main road until you reach Blumenow. Once you arrive in Blumenow, continue straight ahead at the first intersection towards Fürstenberg and you will see the Storchenhof and the large old chimney with the stork's nest right on the road on your right. Take the first driveway on the right behind the building onto the cobblestone street and follow it until you reach the reception.
3. Alternatively, you can also take the B96 as described in point 1. 4. Coming from Neubrandenbug/Neustrelitz, take the B96 through the beautiful Havel town of Fürstenberg to Dannenwalde. There, turn left towards Blumenow immediately after the pink village church on the left.
Shortly before the intersection, you will see a kindergarten on the right and a bus stop on the left. Turn left here towards Fürstenberg and you will see the Storchenhof and the large old chimney with the stork's nest right on the street on your right. Drive directly behind the building (towards Fürstenberg) and take the first
driveway on the right onto the cobblestone street and follow it until you reach the reception.
5. Alternatively, in Fürstenberg, drive behind the lock, turn left at the intersection onto the L214 and continue straight to Blumenow, where you will find the Storchenhof on the left-hand side. However, the road conditions here are very poor and not recommended, but the natural surroundings are beautiful and highly recommended for cyclists. We wish you a safe journey.

If you cancel up to 60 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.

Ticket information – True Colors "Dimension Shift" Retreat 2026 The True Colors Retreat is a four-day, intensive experiential space for women who want to consciously take time for their personal dimension shift – toward their true colors and a clear inner decision. The participation fee is $777 and includes:

• Four-day retreat program with art therapy, breathwork, yoga, and sound • Chakra Kitchen – shared retreat meals • All materials needed for the creative processes • A personal soul compass worth €111 • Small, thoughtful gifts as souvenirs and for integration The price does not include travel, accommodation, and breakfast.

[Insert email] 2. Registration & conclusion of contract Registration for the retreat must be made in writing (e.g., by email or via the booking system). The binding contract comes into effect upon confirmation of the booking by the organizer. The number of participants is limited to 11. Places will be allocated in the order in which binding registrations are received. 3. Participation fee & terms of payment The participation fee is 777 euros. A deposit of 222 euros is required to reserve a place. The remaining amount of 555 euros must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the retreat.

Your place is only bindingly reserved once the deposit has been received. 4. Scope of services The participation fee includes: • the entire retreat program (art therapy, breathwork, yoga, sound, etc.) • retreat meals provided by Chakra Kitchen • all necessary materials • a personal soul compass (value €111) • Small selected gifts Not included: • Travel • Accommodation • Breakfast These services must be booked separately through the Storchenhof. 5. Cancellation by the participant Cancellation must be made in writing.

The following cancellation conditions apply: • Up to 8 weeks before the start of the retreat: 50% of the participation fee • Up to 6 weeks before the start of the retreat: 75% of the participation fee • From 6 weeks before the start of the retreat: 100% of the participation fee A replacement participant may be provided. In this case, the cancellation fee will not apply.

6. Cancellation by the organizer If the minimum number of participants is not reached or for important reasons (e.g., illness, force majeure), the retreat may be canceled. In this case, participation fees already paid will be refunded in full. No further claims can be made. 7. Liability Participation is at your own risk.
The organizer accepts no liability for health risks, unless these were caused by gross negligence or intent. Participants undertake to disclose any physical or mental limitations in advance. 8. Health responsibility Breathwork, yoga, and other body-oriented activities require normal mental and physical resilience.
If in doubt, medical advice should be sought in advance. 9. Photo and video recordings Photo and video recordings for marketing purposes will only be made with the express consent of the participants. 10. Final provisions German law applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

Cancellation policy Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the participant must inform the organizer of their decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email).

In the event of an effective withdrawal, payments already made will be refunded within 14 days. Note: If the retreat begins within the 14-day withdrawal period and the participant expressly agrees that the service will begin before the end of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal expires.
