We start the day with a meditation - depending on the weather, on the terrace with a view of the sunrise. Coffee, tea and small snacks are ready for you early. Afterwards, an activating vinyasa flow yoga practice awaits you, which will strengthen you physically and mentally - sometimes flowing and powerful, sometimes calm and focused. After the practice, you can sort out your thoughts while journaling or simply enjoy the moment. Afterwards, a hearty breakfast awaits you - together in the group or in quiet tranquillity with a view into the distance.
During the day, you have the option of going surfing on Peniche beach. Trained surf instructors will show you your first steps on the board - an experience that will connect you deeply with the lively yet calm power of the sea. You can also look forward to workshops on topics such as inner team, resilience, strengths and self-efficacy. Short impulses, honest exchanges and practical exercises will help you to understand yourself better - with openness and ease. The rest of the day is yours to read, walk, soak up the sun or simply do nothing.
Look forward to special highlights such as an evening together by the sea at sunset, an Inside Flow Special and Shake your Shakti - a reboot for your nervous system that releases tension and gives your body and mind new freedom. In the evening, we end the day with a calmer yoga practice. Yin and restorative yoga, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques help you to calm your nervous system and consciously end the day - perhaps with a glass of wine, shared laughter and good conversation over dinner.
