A wonderful 7-day break awaits you in May on the Portuguese coast – a special time to breathe deeply, exercise, and reorganize. May is considered one of the most beautiful seasons in Portugal: the sun is already pleasantly warm, the landscape is in full bloom, and the hustle and bustle of midsummer is still far away. In a small, exclusive group, a calm, trusting atmosphere is created that allows for depth, exchange, and genuine connection, while leaving enough space for retreat, silence, and personal time. The days begin with an activating, modern yoga practice that allows you to start the day awake, present, and well-aligned. After breakfast together, you have the opportunity to participate in surf sessions, workshops, and personal development activities, or to consciously shape your time individually—whether relaxing by the pool, taking walks in nature, or enjoying the view of the sea. In the evening, we come together again to end the day with gentle stretches, relaxation for the mind, and a balanced, lovingly prepared dinner.
