Stress and tension are reduced through a conscious balance between sukham (relaxation) and stiram (strengthening). This allows prana (life energy) to flow freely again, the body to regenerate, and inner peace and clarity to set in. With friendly mindfulness towards your own body, these yoga sessions are about finding your way back to your own rhythm and harmony with yourself through ease and joy in movement.
Mornings from 8:15 to 9:00 a.m. and evenings from 5:15 to 6:00 p.m. Contribution for yoga: Only 20 euros per day or 15 euros per yoga session.
