“Values & Paths” is an intensive retreat for women who want to pause, reflect, and find a new sense of direction. Barbara Knitter guides you through a period of self-leadership—drawing on insights from coaching, mindfulness practice, and embodiment.
The central question is: What is truly important to me? Through values work, you will develop your very own personal leadership compass—an inner tool for making conscious decisions and finding greater clarity in everyday life.
Each day begins with a morning meditation. Afterward, you will explore a thematic prompt, which you will deepen through journaling, bodywork, and mindfulness exercises. In the evening, meditation and group discussion round out the day.
Through elements such as breathwork, emotional intelligence, and resilience training, you will strengthen your ability to remain clear-headed and calm even in challenging moments. The natural surroundings of the Kleebauer Hof, with its forests, meadows, and quiet retreats, provide the ideal setting for this.
Whether you’re in the midst of life, at a turning point, or simply seeking silence and clarity—this retreat gives you the space to realign yourself and return feeling renewed.
Psychologist and mindfulness trainer Barbara Knitter possesses extensive qualifications and years of experience in psychosocial counseling and executive development, enabling her to create a safe space for mindful leadership insights.
