On Friday, we will first arrive and take a deep breath. We will meet in the centrally located yoga room in Vienna, get to know each other in the group, and you will receive an introduction to the fasting concept. We will consciously start these days with a shared tea ritual and initial gentle mindfulness exercises.
On Saturday, your actual fasting experience begins. We meet in the morning in the yoga room for a light yoga practice and then have a very light, calorie-reduced breakfast. As the day progresses, I will teach you basic nutritional knowledge, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques. At lunchtime and in the evening, we eat light, plant-based fasting meals. A mindful city walk with simple exercises will show you how you can integrate movement and mindfulness into your everyday urban life. Sunday is for deepening your knowledge and preparing for the coming days. We will practice yoga, breathing techniques, and meditation and consolidate our mindfulness practice for city life. We will also prepare together for the transition to fasting at home. In the evening, you will receive your portioned meals for Monday through Wednesday. From Monday to Wednesday, you will continue fasting independently in your normal professional and everyday life. Every evening, we will meet online for a joint session with discussion, gentle movement, breathing exercises, and a short meditation to end the day. This ensures that the process remains supported and stable.
The aim of the retreat is not to leave the experiences isolated in the seminar room, but to transfer them directly into your everyday life and develop sustainable routines for nutrition, exercise, and mental clarity.
