This retreat week is aimed at anyone who wants to reconnect with themselves and strengthen their inner balance. The focus is on the connection between life energy and the autonomic nervous system—an interaction that has a decisive influence on our stress tolerance, sleep quality, and general well-being.
The morning begins dynamically: with an activating Vinyasa Flow, accompanied by conscious breathing (Pranayama) and silent meditation, you create space for energy and clarity. Each session aims to promote the natural circulation of your life energy (Prana) and resolve disharmonies.
Throughout the week, we will focus on experiencing the five vayus – the inner movements of prana, our life energy. Yoga philosophy becomes practical and physically tangible. You will learn how these energetic currents manifest in the body, what their functions are, and how they can be strengthened through selected asanas, breathing exercises, and mindfulness in everyday life.
In the afternoon, gentle Vinyasa sessions, regenerating Yin Yoga, or Yoga Nidra support the integration of what you have experienced. There is plenty of time for walks in nature, rest periods, or a visit to the Swiss stone pine sauna with a view of the mountains. Group discussions, the soothing surroundings, and the delicious vegetarian-vegan cuisine round off the days. You can look forward to: - Morning practice with Vinyasa Yoga, Pranayama & Meditation - Gentle afternoon sessions (Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, gentle flow)
- Theoretical insights & reflection on life energy and the vayus - Free time for nature experiences, sauna & relaxation Program scope: On the day of arrival, the program begins at 4:00 p.m. with a 2-hour session. After that, there are 2 sessions of 2 hours per day. On the day of departure, the program ends after the morning session and breakfast together.
