Visualizing and feeling your visions and dreams is the first step towards making them a reality. This retreat will set you on a new course.

Catering

3/4 pampering board:

- Extensive breakfast above the rooftops of Lech from our rich breakfast buffet, with organic teas, juice bar, antipasti, egg dishes, freshly prepared mueslis, as well as the usual, popular local breakfast delicacies, lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, hearty wholemeal bread fresh daily from the Lech bakery, jams from the region and much more.
- Vital snack in the afternoon (light soup and cake)
- In the evening, a varied 5-course menu of your choice (classic, alkaline or ketogenic) from our natural Alpine cuisine or a selection from our Dirndlstüberl menu (Austrian specialties), as well as vegan and vegetarian dishes.

Preparation
Approximately 1-2 weeks before the retreat, you will receive valuable impulses and a short exercise to get you in the mood for the journey together.

Day 1:
From 1.00 p.m.: Individual talks (depending on arrival time)
17.00 - 18.30: Getting to know each other and intention setting
18.30 - 19.00: Welcome drink by the fire bowl, followed by dinner together

Day 2:
08.00 - 08.30: Walking meditation
08.30 - 09.30: Breakfast together
09.30 - 12.00: Guided Highest Vision self-observation
12.00 - 13.00: Lunch together
13.00 - 16.00: Purpose Formula Part 1 & 2
16.00 - approx. 17.30: Time for reflection on a walk or in the spa
Approx. 17:30 - 19:30: Visit to Skyspace Lech for sunset, followed by dinner together

Day 3:
08.00 - 08.30: Walking meditation
08.30 - 09.30: Breakfast together
09.30 - 12.00: Purpose Formula Part 3
12.00 - 13.00: Lunch together
13.00 - 15.00: Purpose Formula result

Follow-up group coaching after the retreat
Approx. 2-4 weeks after the retreat, we invite you to a virtual follow-up meeting to deepen your insights and integrate them further into your everyday life.

The workshop is also available for external guests without an overnight stay.
The course takes place for 6 or more participants. The prices are valid for the entire stay.
Extra nights can be booked on request.
