Every retreat is individual, which is why the program is tailored to you. The retreat comprises 15 hours per week, divided into 5 x 3 hours, the exact times will be determined together. The content is tailored to your wishes and needs, i.e. you bring the topics you would like to work on.

Situation analysis - how did I experience my childhood, what still shapes my relationship with my parents today?
Day 2
Research and reflection on my parents' generation:
What do I know about my parents' wartime childhood experiences?
What do I know about my grandparents?
How did my parents experience the war / possible loss or imprisonment of their parents / flight / violence?
Are my parents open about their experiences or are they more typical representatives of the silent generation?
Are my parents traumatized by their experiences?
Day 3
War children and war grandchildren:
To what extent have my parents passed on their traumatic experiences to me?
Do I recognize feelings of sudden discomfort or fear that cannot be explained by my own experiences?
Are there any clues in my parents' history that can provide an explanation for my feelings?
To what extent is my relationship with my parents overshadowed by their traumatic experiences?
Day 4
Farewell and new beginnings - working on the resolution
How can I, on behalf of my 'silent' parents, resolve their trauma and reconcile myself with the suffering they experienced?
Day 5
Rites of passage - ritual reconciliation/reconciliation
