Our retreat in Arillas, a small, peaceful coastal village in northwestern Corfu, invites you to arrive completely at yourself. A week's break to unwind, let go of everyday life, and fill yourself with a new lightness. What to expect: This week, you can let go. The pressure. The expectations. The constant "I have to." Instead, space opens up for you—for silence, for movement, for connection, and pure joie de vivre! On the powerful island of Corfu, surrounded by the sea, we invite you to find your natural rhythm again. What you can look forward to: – 6x morning program with Sandra & Julia, consisting of yoga, meditation, and gentle mindfulness practice. These sessions invite you to start the day lovingly, to feel yourself and to nourish your body on all levels. (A total of 4-6 hours of program daily) – 3 evening sessions with Julia & Sandra – with meditation, rituals, sharing circles and deep encounters. – Water ceremony – healing and devotion in the element that carries, cleanses and connects.
