Retreat Program
The retreats are suitable for beginners, experienced practitioners, and advanced students. I provide adjustments for all yoga levels. Feel free to come with friends, your family, as a single person, or as a couple. A warm and welcoming community awaits you. Yoga equipment is available on site.

Individual departure
During breaks:
Time for a meal, or if you wish, a visit to the sauna and thermal baths, a walk in the city park, along the Alster, or in the lively Winterhude neighborhood, where you’ll find small shops and numerous cafés, bistros, and vegan restaurants, among other options.
There is a bike-sharing station nearby. This way, you can reach all the attractive activities, cafés, restaurants, charming little shops, the city park, or the Alster in just a few minutes.
