Are you in the middle of life - and still feel lost?
Although you have achieved a lot on the outside, "have everything anyway", but you don't believe your own gratitude mantra and there's just this quiet gnawing unease inside you?
Your actually stable life, with all the trimmings, still feels somehow empty. A mixture of stagnation and restlessness at the same time - and the quiet question: "Is that it now?" Or: "Should it all go on like this? And if not - what happens next?"
Welcome to the middle of life!
This special time on the threshold between "Jugend forscht" and "Seniorenteller" sets many things in motion - sometimes very gently, sometimes as a storm. The familiar spirit of optimism of the last few decades is a thing of the past, but fortunately the pensioner's trip with an electric blanket is still a long way off.
In between? You. And your vague feeling of Hä?
During this phase, many of us go through inner upheavals that are also reflected on the outside:
We end relationships or careers, try things out and reinvent ourselves, retreat or set off for new shores. Let it rip again like teenagers. Some now buy a motorcycle, others look for themselves in Bali or fall in love with the young new neighbor on the first floor.
Clichés are suddenly no longer clichés, but lived reality.
And quietly and secretly, there it is: the new reading glasses. With which we can now spot new gray hairs and wrinkles in the mirror and better read the list of ingredients in our collagen powder.
But the so-called midlife crisis is not necessarily a crisis - it is above all an invitation. Because we can see our restlessness as a wake-up call from the soul that says: "Hey, how about yourself?"
To pause for a moment between what has been and what is yet to come. This is exactly where you can meet yourself and listen to your inner voice. Whether you have been honest with yourself and lived authentically on your path so far or whether you have lived too much in and for the outside.
The well-known psychiatrist C.G. Jung already recognized that the first half of life serves the formation of the ego and the second half serves an improved ego-self relationship.
This is exactly where this retreat comes in.
In the midst of powerful nature, I (over 40, of course) will accompany you in a protected 1:1 setting on your personal journey. Together, we will look back on your journey so far, your personal hero's journey and all that you have been through, built up, endured and celebrated.
And we look ahead: to what is calling you, what you still want to live.
(Yes, even the house in Tuscany is totally ok.)
We look at your inner parts (the grumbler, the "I can do it alone", the "nobody loves me") and look at your conscious and unconscious dreams and longings. You can appreciate your talents, strengths, treasures and resources. See what makes you flourish, when you are in flow and get to the bottom of your limitations and blockages. Re-examine your values and your why in life, what mission you are on, what your medicine for the world is and what should be on your tombstone.
What is still alive and what can make room for something new.
What are your Big Five - the five most important peaks you still want to climb in your life?
And what is your personal Grossglockner - the one big challenge that you have avoided so far, even though it has long been knocking on your door and you are pretending to be busy?
If you like, you can do it with hiking boots, around a campfire or accompanied by a shamanic death ritual for your old self (don't worry, rebirth is included!).
What are you waiting for?
Your second chapter of life won't write itself.
Your soul is already looking forward to meeting you. ✨
P.S. Don't forget your reading glasses.
