Autobahn Munich - A 12 Inntal-Autobahn - Kufstein/Kiefersfelden - exit Kufstein Süd - St. Johann/Tirol - Fieberbrunn - Hochfilzen - Leogang

* In Austria, vignettes are compulsory on all highways and expressways with the following exceptions:
Five major freeway sections in Austria are toll-free for cars up to 3.5 tons. A vignette is not required there.
The affected routes:
- A1 Westautobahn (Walserberg border crossing to Salzburg-Nord), province of Salzburg
- A12 Inntalautobahn (border crossing Kiefersfelden to Kufstein-Süd), Tyrol

From eastern Austria
Westautobahn Vienna (A1) - Salzburg - exit Wals/Lofer - Kleines Deutsches Eck - Lofer - Saalfelden - at Interspar traffic circle direction Leogang

From southern Austria
Tauernautobahn (A10) - exit Bischofshofen - Zell am See - Saalfelden - at the Interspar traffic circle towards Leogang. The connection via the Dientner Sattel is shorter, but also very winding.
In Leogang it is best to follow the signs for "Asitzbahn".

By train:
By train to Saalfelden, Leogang or Hochfilzen
The nearest long-distance train station is Saalfelden (approx. 10 km). But there are also train stations in Leogang (approx. 2 km) and Hochfilzen (approx. 10 km). The hotel will pick you up from these stations free of charge. Please let us know your exact arrival time in good time. Find out more about green travel to the Biohotel Rupertus.

Arrival is possible daily. You can book your train journey via ÖBB or Deutsche Bahn
