Direct registration is not possible. After your request, you will of course have a free consultation with me, Anders Balari. We will find out together whether it makes sense for you to take part in this seminar.
Who am I, Anders Balari?
I am a person who has been dealing with these issues since 1973, for a long time with the primary goal of self-knowledge and improving my own quality of life; and sometimes, yes, just to survive.
I have been described by many people as a walking library. Almost all people describe me as intelligent, benevolent, warm, trusting, wise and generous. A systems theorist once described me as a complexity master. I am a polymath, a generalist, curious about new knowledge, new experiences, new knowledge, new insights. I am like water, spreading out in all directions. I love life and I love living beings.
It is my ikigai, my reason for getting up in the morning, to help other people achieve a little more happiness in life. So much so that I am a co-founder of KULTURGUTLEBEN for this reason and have developed What the Flow?! for this reason.
I am an agent of inspiration, a catalyst for self-awareness. Whenever it seems appropriate, I am also a Discreet Modern Jester.
And above all else, I am a person who has realized that at any given moment he has nothing else at his disposal but the current state of his present error.
A preliminary remark: a somewhat longer and demanding descriptive text follows. If this is too long or too demanding for you, then this is a reliable indicator that this event is not suitable for you. One reason for this is that proactive self-evolution is only possible if you embark on a journey of continuous knowledge acquisition and self-awareness, a learning process that is also based on learning and practicing skills. This requires time and conscious effort. So if this description is already too long for you, it is very unlikely that you are ready for such a journey.
According to various psychological studies (e.g. Bargh & Chartrand, 1999[1]; Zaltman, 2003[2]), the majority of our decisions are made non-consciously (automatically). Figures of around 90-95% are often quoted, while only 5-10% are conscious. However, there is no standardized rate set in stone - the figures vary depending on the measurement method and context.

Our change over time can be modeled as Complex Chronological Self-Similarity. The external stimuli to which we are exposed play a key role in this.
Studies assume that our brain processes far more information non-consciously than consciously. Frequently quoted values (e.g. according to Wilson, 2002[1]) state that we unconsciously process around 11 million bits of sensory stimuli per second, while only around 40 bits reach our conscious mind. However, these figures serve more as estimates and are controversial, as there is no standardized measurement method or definition of "conscious processing".

By self-evolution I mean a continuous, largely unconscious adaptation process of our "human system". It is triggered by external and internal stimuli and aims to harmonize an assumed "optimal system configuration" (a subjectively best state for us) with the expected environmental conditions. Adaptation often takes place in small steps and unnoticed, which leads to various questions of interpretation and definition, but which do not detract from the meaning of the term.
If it were possible to freeze and analyze individual system states, a comparative-static analysis would result in a series of chronologically arranged, self-similar system states that have emerged in a complex way from the previous state. The closer in time two such states are, the greater the self-similarity. The further apart they are in time, the lower the self-similarity usually is. Very strong changes are possible over a long period of time.
To put it bluntly: Self-evolution doesn't care whether we know about it or not. It takes place.
Proactive self-evolution is part of self-control. It aims to consciously shape as large a part of self-evolution as possible, which works even if we do not perceive or know in detail what is happening and how - due to the high degree of non-conscious processing and non-conscious decisions. It aims to improve non-conscious processing and non-conscious decisions, being aware of the complexity of our Complex Chronological Self-Similarity.
Proactive self-evolution as a method is an iterative, evolutionary process in which intentional and planned changes are made to achieve specific effects. This usually involves changing habits. And these habits are often aimed at shaping the external stimuli to which we are exposed within the scope of our options for action.
However, proactive self-evolution also involves a process of self-awareness and continuous learning. This self-knowledge is achieved through the acquisition of knowledge and self-awareness.
The overall objective, to put it bluntly: A bit more happiness in life. Again and again.
The global goal is to increase your quality of life in many small steps. This also involves a process of recognizing what quality of life actually means to you.
This first part of the What the Flow?! seminar series is all about the basics, conveyed through the relevant knowledge and your own experiences during the exercises. The basic methodological knowledge is also taught and practiced, with the corresponding routines and tools. I call this methodological basis the ProSe OS Foundation:
ProSe stands for Proactive Self Evolution
OS stands for Operating System, i.e. an operating system for your Proactive Self-Evolution in the course of your Complex Chronological Self-Similarity
Foundation refers to the fact that it is the foundation of this operating system: less would not allow it to function, more could be too much at once.
At the end of this seminar you will:
have acquired essential foundational knowledge for your Proactive Self-Evolution
have been given a method with tools for its application so that you can then establish this foundation in your life independently
have drawn up a list of recommendations from a wide range of possibilities to suit your individual path and needs: Literature, methods, movies, courses, etc.
