In addition to yoga, breathwork and quiet moments of meditation, we will take you on a guided herbal walk where you will discover your own personal medicinal plant. In practical workshops, you will learn how to make three different products from the herbs you collect, which you can take home with you. This way, the valuable treasures of nature will stay with you even after the retreat.

During your stay, you will enjoy a full board with organic delicacies, lovingly prepared from regional ingredients. In the evening, you can end the day with a cozy get-together with other participants and enjoy the peaceful silence of nature to the full.
