• Meditations & Ceremonies: Moments of mindfulness and connection will accompany you throughout the retreat. You can pause, settle in, and let go.
• Connection with nature: Our camp is located in the forest, which you can experience holistically and with all your senses through your individual encounters with nature.
• Campfire moments: The campfire provides warmth and a "home-away-from-home" feeling. It creates space for sharing, singing, and laughing together.
• Community & togetherness: You will be accepted just as you are in our close-knit tribe. We flow freely in our natural and personal rhythms.
• Time for yourself: During the retreat, you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy entirely on your own or to spend interacting with the group.
• Vegan full board: Three wholesome and healthy vegan meals a day await you. Snacks, coffee, and tea are also available to you at any time.
For one weekend, you’ll immerse yourself in the origins of human life.
Inspired by the wisdom of North America’s indigenous cultures, we’ve developed rituals, connection with nature, and mindful self-awareness into practical, experiential, and everyday-applicable practices.
