Summary

A circle of women, grounded by the earth, supported by community, nourished by fire—and you right in the middle of it all.

A weekend for women who’ve had enough of self-improvement and “having to be a certain way.” Who’ve grown tired of constantly having to be strong, conform, and function. Who often feel they’re “too much” and “not enough” at the same time. For women who, on the outside, seem to have everything under control, yet deep down feel that they’ve lost a part of themselves in the process.

What does “Wild Woman” mean?
The term simply describes the part of us that isn’t perfectly conformed, but is alive, intuitive, and unpretentious—beyond roles and societal expectations.

Amid the lush green nature of the Murtal valley in Styria, a safe space for experience opens up, where you can step out of your usual roles for a few days. We’ll come together in a small, exclusive circle of no more than 6 women—mindfully, honestly, playfully, and with mutual respect.
Surrounded by the tranquility of nature, your mind and body can slow down and take a deep breath.

This retreat isn’t about optimization; it’s about reconnecting with yourself—with the things you often overlook in daily life because everything else seems more important. We’ll connect with our bodies, listen to our emotions and the needs behind them, explore our boundaries, and practice expressing ourselves honestly—and also learning to feel a clear “no” again. Here, you can rediscover yourself beneath old layers and remember who you are when you’re not just “functioning.”

Wild Women’s Voices from the Circle:

“I’ve found my way back to myself and learned to feel nature more deeply. The camaraderie among women was very healing, and it was a place where you could just be yourself.” Paulina

“Thank you for the opportunity to journey deeper within myself. I feel such a deep calm within me that I’d like to preserve and take home with me.” Svetlana

“You’ve created a wonderful place where people can come together. Thank you for the new perspective on myself; I was able to open myself up to new experiences.” Monika

“You can create spaces that open the door to dreams.” Susanne

✦ Your next step: Follow the call
As you read this, you might sense that this resonates with you and that the Wild Women retreat is calling you to be part of this circle. Take this feeling seriously—even if it’s often not easy to give yourself permission to pause your daily routine for a moment and do something just for yourself.

You don’t even have to decide right now.
That’s exactly what the introductory conversation is for. Let’s have a no-obligation phone call to see what’s on your mind, whether this retreat is a missing piece of the puzzle for you, and to see if the chemistry between us is right.
The conversation is completely confidential and free, and lasts about 15 minutes.
Afterward, you’ll have a clear sense of what the next step is for you.
Feel free to send me a request to set this up.

✦ About Me
I’m Sabine, a psychological guide and the woman behind the “Green Couch.”
For nearly 10 years, I’ve been creating and facilitating spaces for women.
I’ll guide you through these days in a clear, calm, and nervous-system-friendly space. It’s important to me that you feel safe and seen within the circle, that you can slow down and reconnect with yourself—without any pressure, without having to play a role, and without having to “function.” To ensure this, I deliberately keep the groups small so that genuine depth and presence are truly possible.
In my work, I combine psychological process facilitation, body awareness, and nature-based work.

My foundation for this is built on in-depth training in:
• Life and social counseling
• Couples and sex counseling & bodywork
• Human energetics & shamanism
• Nature and wilderness education

✦ What to Expect
• Psychologically guided process spaces: On topics such as boundaries, needs, emotions, communication, and self-worth.
• Body & Awareness Work: For a noticeably deeper connection with your true self.
• Time in Nature: Forest bathing, movement, silence, and mindful, sensory awareness.
• Sharing Circles: Honest and deep sharing by a warming fire.
• Shamanic rituals: Grounding nature work that allows you to look deeper within.
• Space for expression: Room for movement, your voice, or creativity.
• Space for retreat: Time for silence, deep breathing, and the important process of integration.

✦ The Flow of These Days
The retreat has a clear framework but does not follow a rigid schedule. It evolves with the group, the weather, and whatever arises in the moment. This creates not a tightly scheduled program, but a living, authentic space.
