Our bodies are prepared for cross-country skiing with invigorating exercises on the mat and then gently stretched again with yin yoga elements.
On skis, we discover balance and strength with simple exercises while enjoying the impressive mountain landscape.
We gain our inner balance from the stillness that is within us all. We will (re)discover this inner place through meditation in order to draw strength from it for everyday life.
Each day has a specific motto, such as:

The topics of the day are adapted to the group.
Yoga takes place before breakfast and before dinner.
We undertake winter activities on three days (depending on snow conditions - cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, winter hikes). Joint cross-country skiing tours (classic and/or skating) do not replace cross-country skiing lessons, but beginners are very welcome. Please bring your own cross-country skiing equipment if you have it, but equipment can also be hired in Sachrang/Aschau.

The Priental with its ski centers Kampenwand and Sachrang offers approx. 18.5 km of groomed, double-track cross-country ski trails through the charming winter landscape. The region has a lot to offer in the "white" season. Alpine skiers, Nordic skiers, tobogganers, but also walkers and ski hikers get their money's worth.
Highlight: floodlit cross-country ski trail in the Sachrang district, length approx. 3 km (diagonal and skating), Sachrang parking lot - Geigelstein ascent. Illumination time: 17:30 - 21 h daily.
