All meals are included. At breakfast, you will be treated to homemade bread, a wide selection of teas, fresh juices, and a wholesome breakfast buffet.

Lunch is freshly prepared and wholesome, either to eat in the villa or to take with you as a packed lunch. In the evening, a wholesome dinner menu awaits you. The private chef ensures a comprehensive, holistic experience. All products are organic and purchased from local farmers. You are welcome to choose whether you would like vegetarian or vegan meals.

A varied and wholesome vegetarian/vegan breakfast awaits you after your morning yoga practice. You can enjoy the buffet-style meals by the pool or on the large terrace with sea views. Teas and snacks are available throughout the day!

Our day begins with meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques) & tea at sunrise, followed by a yoga flow to start the day full of energy. During the day, there is the opportunity to book surfing lessons, watch dolphins, enjoy treatments, or enjoy the tranquility of the nearby beach, which is only a 10-minute walk away.

In the late afternoon, we will delve deeper into the various topics of yoga and end the day with a gentle Yin Yoga session by the fireplace. On the last evening, we will bring the week to a cozy close around the campfire in the beautiful garden.

We will set up a WhatsApp group in advance where all participants can connect beforehand and then take a taxi if necessary. Faro Airport is the nearest airport.
Seville Airport is also an option. • Before the start, we will create a WhatsApp group where all participants can connect and arrange their travel together. • Bus & Train Catch a bus at Faro Airport to Faro center and from there take a train to Lagos. From Lagos bus station you can travel to the town of Burgau by bus or taxi.
Rental car • Book a car online and pick it up at the airport. From Faro airport, follow the signs for Portimao to Lagos. After passing the Lagos exit, take the next exit for Vila do Bispo. Agricola to our destination in Budens. You can also rent a car in Praia da Luz with Luzcars.
