During your stay, you will be treated to fresh, vegetarian whole foods – deliberately prepared without eggs and with great care. The cuisine is light, nourishing, and balanced, with seasonal ingredients, lots of vegetables, legumes, healthy fats, and natural flavors.
The meals gently support you in your practice, give you new energy, and promote a feeling of clarity and lightness. Here, food is not just sustenance, but part of your holistic experience.

Our retreat follows a mindful, balanced rhythm of movement, depth, and free time. The days usually begin with meditation or breathing exercises, followed by a holistic yoga practice (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga Nidra, or fascia work) before we have breakfast together. In the afternoon, there is time for integration, relaxation by the sea, reflection, or personal time out. On selected days, you can look forward to workshops, somatic exercises, women's circles, cacao ceremonies, gong baths, or ecstatic dance—experiences that connect and have a lasting effect. A special highlight is our boat trip into nature, which offers space, lightness, and connection. The entire program is an invitation—you decide at any time what feels right for you.
