Women's retreat in the mountains of Spain-where the dragon keeps watch

High in the mountains of Spain, far away from noise, the internet and a sense of time, lies a powerful, sacred place. A sleeping dragon watches over the valley-here you will find a space to let go, purify yourself and meet your original potential.
From February 2026, a new chapter opens astrologically-a gateway into the time of collective awakening. This retreat invites you to align yourself inwardly with this movement.
In February, the mild climate invites you to walk barefoot, meditate outside and feel the sun on your skin.

Please note that in addition to the seminar fee, there are various costs for pick-up, accommodation and meals amounting to €566. Optionally, you can also book an individual coaching session with me or a shiatsu treatment with Shaak for 90€ (1.5 hours).

There are two small bedrooms in the 60m² cottage, one with two single beds and one with a double bed. The large room with open kitchen and wood-burning stove is simply and functionally furnished. Water is fetched from the spring and there is a dry toilet outside. Electricity is stored via a solar system and is also used to produce hot water. We are asked to use resources wisely.
The simple life and the renunciation of media is very useful and desirable for the process.
For board, lodging, pick-up and materials I charge a total of 566€ in addition to the basic seminar fee.
The accommodation is clean but not completely pet hair free as my dog Frieda will be with me.

We are self-catering and therefore completely among ourselves.
I prepare all the food for us myself.
Please let me know in advance if you have any special dietary requirements.
Breakfast: Muesli with fruit and yoghurt
Lunch: Picnic for on the go
Afternoon: Snacks are available
Evening: Warm, wholesome, vegetarian meal

Schedule of an example day:
8 a.m.: YinYoga, meditation, breathwork, bioenergetics
9 a.m.: Breakfast
10 am: Hike with picnic and guided task or optional individual appointment
3.30 pm: Coffee and snacks
4 p.m.: Constellation, ancestor or ritual work
7 p.m. Dinner
Afterwards: group round and small events
The arrival and departure days are also used for process work. We remain flexible throughout in order to create the best input but also the best feeling of well-being for the group. It is important to me to work in small groups in order to be able to respond to each individual in the best possible way. Even after the retreat, it is possible to receive online support from me if you wish, and an open whatsapp group for open exchange is also possible.
We will stay together for the entire time and only visit the Shiatsu master as a group or optionally individually. This will be intensive and challenging, but it can also lead to the best processes. I trust that exactly the right people will come together here.

Alicante airport is the closest. If you book early enough, there are very cheap flights for less than 100€
From there there is an hourly connection to Benidorm, duration 45 minutes, cost: 11€
You can be picked up there by me, depending on the time, there may be a wait to be able to pick up everyone arriving at once. From there it is another 40 minutes into the mountains, 5 km behind Sella. The pick-up is included in the additional price.
