This women's trip to northern Iceland (October 4–17, 2026) is a deliberately designed retreat and space for women who feel it is time to step back from their daily routines and reconnect with themselves.
Northern Iceland, with its rugged, clear, and deeply tranquil nature, provides the backdrop for this trip. Waterfalls, vast expanses, wind, earth, and silence are not just a backdrop, but living companions to an inner process. The landscape invites you to slow down, listen more deeply, and reconnect with your inner voice.
We live and work in a small, closed group of max. 13 women in a shared, peaceful location. Community and retreat are equally important. There are times for sharing in a circle, rituals, gentle physical activities, quiet time in nature, and plenty of space for solitude, integration, and rest. Nothing is mandatory. Everything is an invitation.
A special part of the journey are two guided Völva workshops, which recall the ancient Norse knowledge of seers. These spaces are not about technique or role, but about listening, remembering, and reconnecting with your own inner wisdom. The workshops are experiential, grounding, and open spaces for inner images, insights, and deep connection.
The journey is complemented by a day trip to the Mývatn region—a powerful volcanic area with lakes, lava fields, and geothermal phenomena. This day is also embedded in the overall process of the journey and offers the opportunity to experience Iceland in its original, elemental quality.
The Energetic Match invites you to feel in advance how your body will react to Iceland, to this journey, to the women's circle, to the community, and to your inner needs.
This women's journey is aimed at women who are not looking for a classic vacation, but rather a consciously held space for experience. It is suitable for women in transitional phases, reorientation, or with a desire to reconnect with their own truth. This journey is not a program and does not promise change. It holds space for memory, for honesty, for depth, and for whatever wants to show itself when it becomes quiet enough.
