All rooms have their own bathroom.

The large swimming pool invites you to cool off after breakfast and relax in the cozy chill out corner relaxen☀️☺️.

You have a direct sea view from the pool.
The yoga classes take place on the roof terrace. From here you have a special view of the sea and the sunrises and sunsets.

The evening sessions take place in a cozy setting by the fireplace.

The villa has two garden areas where meals can be taken together.

The beautiful Praia das Cabhanas Velhas is just a 10-minute walk away.

All meals are included. At breakfast you will be spoiled with home-baked bread, fresh regional products, a large selection of teas, fresh orange juice and a choice of cooked, wholesome main courses. In the evening, a wholesome evening menu awaits. The private chef ensures a comprehensive, holistic experience. All products are organic and purchased from local farmers. You are welcome to choose whether you would like 🌱 vegetarian or vegan meals.

Our day starts with meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques) & tea at sunrise around 7:30 am followed by a vinyasa yoga flow to start the day full of energy.

Afterwards we have a cozy breakfast together.

In the morning the private 1 to 1 osteopathy sessions take place.

A freshly prepared vegetarian or vegan meal is served for lunch at around 2 o'clock. In the afternoon there is the opportunity to explore the nature reserve in which the villa is located. Go horseback riding or hiking on the beach, retreat and enjoy nature or soak up the peace and quiet on the nearby beach, which is only a 10-minute walk away.

In the late afternoon we will delve deeper into the different themes of yoga and end the evening with a gentle yin yoga session at sunset at around 5:30 pm. Afterwards we will have dinner.

On the last day we will end the week with a yoga session directly on the beach.
