Yin Yoga is a gentle style of yoga that is primarily practiced while lying down or sitting. The poses are held for about 5 minutes and supported with props. With Yin Yoga, you’ll learn to be more attuned to yourself and your body. By holding each pose for an extended period, tension can release, and your tissues will feel softer and more flexible. Just unwind and enjoy. Make more room for lightness and playfully explore the individual asanas. Yin Yoga isn’t about building muscle or sinking particularly deep into a forward bend. It’s about you and your body. You’re allowed to simply switch off and relax deeply. Listen to your inner voice. Yin Yoga can help you find your center, recharge your batteries, and stay focused. The stillness during each asana allows for attentive listening to our bodies and our emotional world. Meditations support you in connecting with your own unique needs.
At the end of summer, when the days begin to grow shorter again and we are filled with all the summer experiences, it is a good moment to pause. We work intensively with each chakra, the corresponding asanas, and meditations, so that balance can gradually be restored in your body and mind. Each day is dedicated to a specific chakra—from grounding & security to clarity & spiritual connection. Treat yourself to this special time for you and experience how you grow stronger with every breath.

We will spend these four days at WildLand in the Südheide.
