Yin yoga is a quiet, meditative practice that reaches deep into the body and calms the mind. In contrast to dynamic yoga styles, the focus here is on long, relaxed rest. Fascia, ligaments and joints are gently stretched, the breath deepens and tension is released. You find your way back to inner peace, flexibility and new energy. In a world full of speed and pressure to perform, Yin Yoga invites you to pause for a moment - gentle, regenerating and powerful at the same time.
While muscles react to quick impulses, fascia needs time and subtle stimuli to remain elastic. This is exactly where Yin Yoga works: through prolonged holding and the conscious use of tools, you find your individual posture - a space is created for letting go and regeneration on a physical, mental and emotional level.
Our seminars open up different approaches to Yin practice - whether at the turn of the year, as a stress break or in combination with Bhakti or classical Sivananda Yoga.
🕉 Yin Yoga (12.-14.12. / 23.-25.01.) Stress management and letting go. Gentle positions, held in stillness, release tension and invite you to consciously return to inner balance.
🕉 Slow down with Yin Yoga (31.12.-02.01.) Start the new year in silence. This seminar helps you to let go of the old, gain new clarity and look forward to the coming year with serenity.
🕉 Yin Yoga - Mindfulness and surrender (06.-08.03.) With conscious breathing, mindful awareness and loving letting go, you will find new energy and more connection to yourself.
🕉 Yin Yoga - Bhakti Love (20.-22.03.) Yin Yoga meets heart sounds - a touching combination of gentle movement, sound and inner opening that brings body and soul into harmony.
🕉 Yin meets Sivananda INTENSIVE (19.-24.04.) Dynamism in the morning, depth and calm in the afternoon. An intensive week in which you consolidate your practice and strengthen body and mind in equal measure.
All seminars are aimed at people with a basic knowledge of yoga and meditation who long for peace, depth and renewed strength. Yin Yoga invites you to slow down - and thereby come closer to yourself.
