Yin Yoga is a quiet, meditative practice that guides the body and mind into a state of deep relaxation. Unlike dynamic yoga styles, Yin Yoga is based on holding poses for long periods in a relaxed manner. Fascia, ligaments, and joints are gently stretched, the breath deepens, and inner tensions are allowed to release. This creates space for regeneration, mindfulness, and renewed energy. In a world dominated by external influences, Yin Yoga invites us to listen inward—gentle, healing, and powerful all at once. Our workshops offer diverse approaches to Yin practice: In March, we’ll host a heart-opening weekend—Bhakti Love (March 20–22) 🎶—where sound and silence meet. The intensive week Yin meets Sivananda (April 19–24) 🌞 combines dynamic practice in the morning with deep stillness in the afternoon. In May, we continue with Yin & Yang Yoga (May 1–3) ☯️, a harmonious interplay of activity and stillness. This is followed by the six-day retreat Yin Yoga with Intuitive Soundscapes (May 10–15) 🎵, which creates space for inner sounds and subtle perception, as well as Yin Yoga & Fascia Training (May 15–17) 🌀, which specifically focuses on fascia work.
In the summer, additional dates invite you to dive even deeper into the Yin practice: Yin Yoga and Mantra (June 26–28) 🕉️ combines meditative sounds with gentle, long-held poses and opens a healing space for the heart and voice. Yin Yoga (July 24–26) 🌸 offers you a peaceful weekend of regeneration and mindful slowing down. Yin Yoga and Fascia Training (August 14–16) 🌿 intensifies the fascial work and noticeably promotes flexibility and lightness. The highlight of late summer is the Yin Yoga Retreat (September 6–11) ✨ – a soothing break that allows you to relax deeply and gives you new strength for everyday life. While muscles respond to quick impulses, fascia needs time and gentle stimulation. Holding poses for longer creates a soothing depth that works on physical, mental, and emotional levels. All seminars are designed for people with a basic knowledge of yoga and meditation who are seeking peace, depth, and inner balance. Yin Yoga invites you to slow down—and in doing so, reconnect with yourself.
