I am Savya and I have been teaching Yin Yoga for 10 years, and I have learned that it depends on you. Together we will make sure that you can settle into the individual Yin Yoga postures so well that it is easy for you to stay relaxed for longer. So it doesn't matter whether you already have a lot of experience or have never done Yin Yoga before, in the end you will find your individual practice.
Yin yoga helps you to relax deeply, it brings the body (your deep fascial tissue, your muscles) to rest and gradually also the mind and is therefore an enrichment for your yoga practice.
