Summary

Welcome to a Yin Yoga retreat where kindness, tranquility, and time for yourself take center stage.

Focus on nothing but yourself and let your mind wander for a few days.
Experience a retreat with the gentle poses of Yin Yoga; find mindfulness and a slower pace.
Gently explore your fascia.
Experience deep letting go and inner relaxation...
Take time for yourself with walks in the monastery garden, let the monastery kitchen spoil you with delicious food, let the evenings wind down in a relaxed way, and enjoy a peaceful atmosphere.

I’m Savya, and I’ve been teaching Yin Yoga for over 10 years. In my work, the focus is on the individual: your personal needs shape the practice. Together, we’ll ensure you can settle into each pose in a way that allows for a longer, relaxed hold—whether you’re a beginner or already have experience.

Yin Yoga helps you relax your deep fascial tissue and muscles. And little by little, the mind also finds peace—a valuable experience that extends beyond the mat.

The retreat is complemented by guided visualizations, meditations, and a workshop on sustainable fascia care.

Look forward to silence, profound discoveries, and practicing together in the beautiful Nikolauskloster.

Savya offered a mix of experience, knowledge transfer, and exchange. As an orientation, it was a good introduction with many practical tips to apply the practice in everyday life. The place invites you to relax. Short walks also encourage recharging outside. The food was very good. I found the surroundings of a Catholic men's monastery to be unusual.

It was a beautiful, relaxing weekend. Our Yin Yoga instructor, Ms. Savya Kuibitzek, was very competent. She addressed each participant and their different needs, answered many questions, and enabled us to have a wonderful, harmonious, and relaxing weekend with a lot of empathy and enormous expertise. We were warmly welcomed at the Nikolaus Kloster and spoiled by the kitchen.
