Experience a special retreat in the middle of the snow-covered mountains. You can expect 4 days of yin yoga, meditation rituals and a winter hike. In between, plenty of time for yourself in the wellness area, for tobogganing, cross-country skiing or even skiing.
Yin yoga is a calm style of yoga that is mainly practiced lying down or sitting. The exercises are held for approx. 5 minutes and supported with aids. Yin yoga teaches you to become more aware of yourself and your body. By remaining in the individual positions for a long time, tension can be released and the tissue feels softer and more flexible. Simply switch off and enjoy. Give more space to lightness and playfully try out the individual asanas. Yin yoga is not about building up muscles or sinking particularly deeply into a forward bend. It's about you and your body. You can simply switch off and relax deeply.
