A weekend away from the daily grind, immersing yourself deeply in the world of yoga:
4 yoga classes – you can choose between beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels (Friday at 4:30 p.m., Saturday at 9:15 a.m. and 4:15 p.m., Sunday at 9:15 a.m.). Including initial and deep relaxation, warm-up exercises, yoga poses, and breathing exercises.
4 meditation sessions – guided or silent, as you prefer (each evening and morning)
6 x lectures and workshops – thorough introduction to holistic yoga, structure and effects of yoga exercises, the spiritual dimension of yoga, introduction to meditation (Friday evening, Saturday morning, noon, and evening, Sunday morning and noon)

Rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. There is a yoga class at 4:30 p.m. (Fri./Sun., other days: 4:15 p.m.) and dinner at 6:00 p.m. (both free of charge or included). Weekend seminars end on Sunday at approximately 2:30–3:00 p.m.; longer seminars end on the last day after brunch at approximately 12:00 p.m.
