Accommodation

Each room has its own bathroom with underfloor heating.
The rooms are simply and friendly furnished, bright and with central heating.
Spacious common areas with comfortable sitting areas and literature to borrow are freely available.
Price for 3-bed rooms. Single and 2-bed rooms on request.

Catering

Exquisite vegetarian cuisine, mostly from our own organic farm, also vegan or gluten-free on request. International recipes. As far as possible: harvested in the morning, on the table at lunchtime. Allergies and food intolerances are taken into account. Osmosis water is included with all meals.
Some of the herbal teas are home-grown.

Arrival

By bus via Leinefelde or Duderstadt, connections on the Deutsche Bahn website.
An earlier arrival is possible in this case. The bus stops directly in front of the monastery at the bus stop "Gerode, Sonnenstein" or in "Weissenborn Schule, Sonnenstein" (approx. 15 minutes' walk from the monastery - we will be happy to pick you up).
By bike from Herzberg am Harz train station - on the old railroad embankment, away from roads.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel up to 21 days before arrival, you will receive a 95% refund of the booking price.
If you cancel up to 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 20% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.

Cancellation fees:
* more than three weeks before the start of the seminar: € 15,-
* 7 to 21 days: 80% of the seminar costs
* less than 7 days and in case of early departure: 100% of the seminar and room costs plus 20% of the catering costs
