According to Ayurveda, the ancient holistic Indian medical knowledge (translated as "the knowledge of life"), health is based on 4 pillars: Lifestyle (vihar), diet (ahar), sleep (nidra) and energy management (brahmacharya).
In the various Ayurveda workshops and yoga sessions, we focus on these 4 pillars from the perspective of female hormone health, so that each participant can individually build her own foundation for female health and adapt it to her own needs.
