This retreat is aimed at people who are looking for an intense but compact experience – whether as an introduction or as a conscious break from everyday life. Jonas Mitterböck combines dynamic yoga with mental training and mindful moments of reflection. This creates a space in which both body and mind are set in motion – and inner clarity becomes possible again.
In the daily sessions, you can expect a harmonious mix of vinyasa flow, yin elements, breathing techniques, and meditation. The sessions build on each other—sometimes flowing, sometimes still—and accompany you step by step out of stressful thought loops.
A central component of the program is neuropsychologically based impulses for mindfulness, mental patterns, and their effects. In journaling sessions and guided meditations, you will explore what lies behind the blocking thoughts – and how you can free yourself from them.
This process is accompanied by singing bowls, which Jonas uses gently to deepen body awareness and mental presence. His deep connection to nature flows into every session – sometimes consciously, sometimes quietly. This creates a harmonious space for inner lightness and mental flexibility.
The retreat is nestled in the peaceful surroundings of the Kleebauer Hof Retreat Center: a secluded square farmstead with a sauna, natural swimming pond, and vegetarian-vegan cuisine. Ideal for anyone who wants to set a new direction for themselves—and experience clarity in motion. What you will take away from the retreat:
- Mental clarity through targeted mindfulness and reflection - New perspectives by releasing blocking thoughts - Strengthened body awareness and emotional balance - Impulses for lasting change in everyday life Program scope: two sessions per day with a total of 4 hours. One 2-hour session on the day of arrival and one on the day of departure.
