About Lela Akhavan (retreat leader)
Founder of Lela Yoga Hamburg (2014), yoga teacher (500h Yoga Alliance), meditation teacher as well as certified life & business coach (DBVC, IOBC) and stress/emotions coach (emTrace®).
I have been practicing yoga and meditation for over 20 years. I deepened my experience in India, Thailand and Australia as well as through many years of coaching by Ursula Lyon. Training with Remo Rittiner, A. G. Mohan, Oliver Sheridan and Anahata Yoga, among others, expanded my knowledge of Eastern healing methods, mindfulness and Western anatomy.
My mission: to lead people to greater authenticity, self-determination and inner balance - with empathy, clarity and heart.
