Hello. My name is Lela and I have been practicing yoga and meditation for over 20 years. I deepened my experience in India, Thailand, and Australia, as well as through many years of guidance from Ursula Lyon. Training with Remo Rittiner, A. G. Mohan, Oliver Sheridan, and in Anahata Yoga, among others, expanded my knowledge of Eastern healing methods, mindfulness, and Western anatomy.
My mission: to guide people toward greater authenticity, self-determination, and inner balance—with empathy, clarity, and heart.
My teaching style is characterized by warmth, depth, humor, and individual attention. My focus is on responding to each participant individually, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
