Departure until 11 am
Start each morning with a glass of warm water.
I recommend having breakfast after the morning yoga session.
However, if you feel the need, just have a small snack.
Our team is always available to answer any questions you may have.
Tips and advice for your yoga and meditation practice will be gladly given.
