Don't worry, you don't need any yoga experience for the retreat and you don't need to be able to do the splits or handstands.
The retreat takes place on the Moselle and is centrally located for various excursion destinations. You can go hiking in the surrounding area, go on a bike tour, take some time out in the hotel's wellness area, enjoy a massage or beauty appointment, lie by the outdoor pool or focus entirely on yoga - you decide!
I am looking forward to incorporating my knowledge from my two yoga therapy trainings and thus emphasizing the health aspect of yoga even more. The retreat will take place in a small group in order to be able to respond to everyone as well as possible. However, this also means that places are limited to a maximum of 10 participants.
This retreat takes into account the physical challenges of high blood pressure. For each yoga exercise there are numerous adaptations and various aids. However, please bear in mind that this does not mean that you can do without your medication. If you are taking pills, please continue to take them during and after the retreat and stay in consultation with your doctor.
