Daily yoga, meditation, and forest bathing guide you toward peace and serenity. Fresh, lovingly prepared meals nourish you as you immerse yourself in the magic of the Ticino summer. Perhaps you’ll explore the “Sentiero delle Meraviglie” and listen to the waterfalls and the flow of the clear river water. In between, there’s plenty of space for silence, mindful breathing, and a deep sense of being fully present in the here and now.

Deine Tage verbringst du in der Casa Corvo, einer ruhigen Oase im Herzen von Novaggio. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was du für deine Auszeit brauchst:
• Zimmer: Einzel- und Zweibettzimmer, hell und harmonisch eingerichtet, mit geteilten Bädern und Toiletten auf dem Gang
• Rückzugsorte: grosser Garten, Loggia, Innenhof und kleine lauschige Ecken zum Verweilen
• Yoga & Aktivitäten: grosser Yoga-Raum mit Eichenholzfussboden und angrenzender Terrazza
Zur Wahl stehen 3er Gruppenzimmer, Doppelzimmer und Einzelzimmer. Ebenso hat es auf der Empore vom Gruppenraum Matratzen, auf denen mit eigenem Schlafsack übernachtet werden kann. Bäder hat es auf der Etage.
Meals included—vegetarian and prepared with love
• Brunch: Start your day off right with warm, sweet, and savory dishes, fresh fruit, bread, cheese, granola, spreads, herbal tea, water, and coffee—including egg dishes upon request.
• Dinner: Look forward to a varied salad bar, 2–3 delicious main courses, and a dessert, accompanied by herbal tea and water.
• All day: Tea, coffee, water, nuts, dried fruit, and fresh fruit available for self-service

A few rooms with private bathrooms are available for an additional fee of CHF 150.

The retreat will take place with a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 14 participants.
