wellbeing days! In the morning and evening with yoga for
beginners and slightly advanced practitioners, take a deep breath, stretch and
stretch and strengthen. During the day we experience hiking with yoga exercises
the Zirbitzkogel/Grebenzen Nature Park. And
there is enough time for leisurely reading sessions in a deckchair,
massages or sauna sessions, relaxing in the forest
around the Pichlschloss.

The Landhotel Pichlschloss is situated in a sunny and idyllic location on a small hill in the Styrian Zirbitzkogel-Grebenzen Nature Park in the district of Murau. For three generations we have been offering our guests a vacation close to nature that is health-conscious, relaxing and varied. A beautiful spot on earth, directly on the hiking trail network and only a 15-minute walk from the town of Neumarkt in der Steiermark.

The GRÜNOASE, in the middle of which is the Pichlschloss, helps you to recharge your mental and physical batteries. Air bathing in the sunny climatic spa hall, forest bathing in the fragrant forest - it's simply good for you, helps you to calm down and refreshes your spirits! For hikers and nature lovers we have created special offers (packages) and for all those who want to combine their vacation with creativity and health awareness, there is a large selection in our course program!

As a "Nature Park Partner Business", the careful treatment of our living space is important to us - we strive to run the Pichlschloss sustainably. The Pichlschloss wants to be more than just a hotel in the countryside, we want to be a refuge for you that offers the longed-for balance to everyday life.

At the Pichlschloss we cook and live according to slow-food principles. We produce our own jam, jarred delicacies, cheese, sausages and spreads. Beef, pork and fish come as far as possible from the farm surrounding the Pichlschloss. The breakfast eggs are laid for you by our hens.
Most of the salad and herbs come from our own garden.

Arrival day: 4.30 - 6.00 p.m. Forest yoga to let go and arrive.
Day 1: 7.30 - 8.30 a.m. Yoga with focus on feet, legs and hips, followed by breakfast
10.30 - 15.00 hike depending on the weather and participants' wishes or free time to discover the Grebenzen Nature Park, read a book in a deckchair or simply look up at the sky.
17.00 - 18.15 Yoga for a healthy and strong center, followed by dinner
Day 2: 7.30 - 8.30 a.m.: Morning yoga for healthy hands and shoulders, followed by breakfast
10.30 - 13.30: Hike with yoga and mindfulness practice
17.00 - 18.15: Yoga for a healthy spine, followed by dinner
Departure day: 7.30 - 8.30 am: Fascia yoga for momentum and balance in life
followed by a final breakfast together
