WHAT STYLES OF YOGA DO WE PRACTICE?
My yoga style combines activating and calm units that alternate harmoniously to strengthen and relax body and mind. The focus is on deep breathing and clear inner alignment, which helps you to develop your physical flexibility and mental stability. The practice helps to activate the muscles as well as to achieve deep concentration and relaxation in moments of calm and mindfulness. The aim is to achieve more inner peace and balance through this balance between strength and serenity, both on the mat and in everyday life.

Depending on the weather, we enjoy our morning meditation in the fresh alpine air. Vinyasa flow yoga can be adapted to suit your level. In the morning, the yoga sessions are more invigorating and activating, in the evening we take it easy and enjoy long stretches and calm exercises. Individual support, professional & certified seminar leaders with over 15 years of experience. This retreat has been running for 13 years and is very well received. TOP value for money in the beautiful Gr. Walsertal biosphere reserve.

Arrival

Arrival by car:
From Bludenz: Take the B 193 in the direction of Thüringen and turn right after the district of Nüziders towards Sonntag. Follow the road to the district of Buchboden. After the church and Gasthof Jäger, turn right and follow the road for about 2 km to the free guest parking lot. From there it is approx. 15 minutes on foot to the Alpengasthof Bad Rothenbrunnen.

From Nenzing: Take the B 190 in the direction of Thüringen and turn left after the district of Nenzing towards Sonntag. Follow the road to the district of Buchboden and continue as described above.

Arrival by public transportation:
Train: Take the train to Bludenz station.
Bus: From Bludenz train station, take bus no. 77 in the direction of Sonntag and get off at the Buchboden, Gasthof Jäger stop. From there it is about a 10-minute walk to Alpengasthof Bad Rothenbrunnen.
Please note that access to the Rothenbrunnen parking lot is only permitted for visitors.

If you cancel up to 14 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.

- Individual persons can cancel free of charge up to 2 weeks before arrival
- (Within the 7 days) up to 3 days before arrival - 70 % of the arrangement price
- From 2 days before arrival; in case of no-show or early departure - 100 % of the package price
