Accommodation

Retreat to the Mountain Retreat Center in the Chiemgau mountains. The Retreat Center has 20 rooms with views of the impressive natural landscape of the Alps. It can happen that you are amazed out of nowhere. Again and again. Each of our rooms is a special kind of retreat in its own right. Small, fine, cozy.

Catering

The full board at the Mountain Retreat Center is vegetarian and vegan. The most important meal of the day, at least according to the Chinese, is breakfast. That's why we also attach particular importance to a good, healthy breakfast - always including warm porridge. For lunch you enjoy soup, bread and spreads, and in the evening you are treated to a delicious buffet with salad, creative vegetarian-vegan main courses and a dessert. Always freshly cooked and as seasonal as possible. Intolerances can be catered for by prior arrangement.

sequence

The active yoga sessions make it possible to feel, sense and perceive again. Perhaps you will become aware of where you are in your life at the moment, where you want to focus and in which direction your life can develop.

The passive yoga sessions in the Yin style can release physical tension and blockages. In the more quiet and passive sessions, we practise "letting go" both physically and mentally and we may also use this time to reflect on ourselves. The mind comes to rest and this leads to a holistic and lasting sense of well-being. Yin yoga directs the focus inwards, where we encounter our emotions and the stories of our lives.

And this is where journaling comes in. Journaling is a method of putting your own feelings and thoughts on paper, ideally on a daily basis. As a form of self-reflection, it provides the opportunity to understand and track the process of self-development. Different techniques are used in journaling - such as "Free Association" (a topic serves as an impulse and everything that spontaneously arises in your thoughts is written down uncensored, this method enables us to gain insights into our subconscious) or the "Morning Pages" (as the name suggests, you write in the morning, directly after getting up, 3 full A4 sheets without a break and without censorship).

Yin yoga directs the focus inwards and this is where we encounter our emotions and the stories of our lives. Targeted support in the form of questions and impulses as well as other coaching tools are incorporated into these days. A journal accompanies us through the time and invites us to reflect, hold on, let go, motivate, dream and set goals.

Outside of the guided program, you can enjoy the time in the beautiful natural surroundings, relax in the sauna or mingle with your fellow travelers.
