Five elements - five qualities that work deep within us. This retreat, led by Silvi Lang, is dedicated to connecting body, mind and nature through yoga, breathwork, tai chi, sound and meditation. Each element - earth, water, fire, air and space - stands for certain qualities:
- Grounding and stability
- Creativity and flow
- Expression and energy
- Lightness and confidence
- Vastness and clarity
The practice combines flowing Vinyasa units with Yin Yoga, restorative elements, breathing exercises, mantras and a soundtrack. Aromatic oils also support the sensory experience. The aim is to consciously harmonize the chakras - our energy centers. In the tranquillity of the Retreat Center and with a view of the Zahmer Kaiser, a space for reflection, peace and renewal opens up.
This retreat is ideal for yoga enthusiasts who want to delve deeper into the connection between body and energy. In addition to the sessions, there is time for retreat in the sauna, walks through alpine meadows or mindful encounters in the group.
Scope of the program: 2 yoga sessions of 2 hours each day. One session of two hours each on the day of arrival and departure.
