Yoga & lightness in the Mühlviertel

In the picturesque surroundings of the Mühlviertel hills, we invite you to feel the power of nature and enjoy the gentle hills. Immerse yourself in the summer with all its facets and experience our "Yoga & Lightness" program. Hatha yoga will recharge your batteries, improve your flexibility and boost your strength. A place of relaxation and a source of energy at the same time.

The 800-year-old square farm in a secluded location with a view over the hilly landscape of the Mühlviertel offers the ideal atmosphere for a sustainable break. Try out new things, clear your head and feel the impetus for change. You will find retreat and peace at the natural swimming pond, in the woods and in the vastness of the gently rolling landscape. Enjoy moments of relaxation in the pine-scented sauna and in the evening in a cozy atmosphere around the fire bowl.

Modern, vegetarian-vegan cuisine awaits you at the Kleebauer Hof Retreat Center. Start the day with a feel-good breakfast with breads, jams, cheese, freshly prepared porridge, fruit, various types of milk, yogurt, fruit juices, spreads, coffee and different teas. At 2 pm we serve you a light lunch with a warming soup and spreads with bread or pastries.

Your muscles, joints and ligaments will be amazed, and the holistic philosophy of yoga is a soothing balm for your soul. We look at individual asanas, including the sun salutation, in silence, practise them and combine them into harmonious flows. Your breathing deepens and space is created for stillness and meditation.

Your program leader Petra's yoga classes are characterized by "everything is allowed, nothing has to be done". They invite you to playfully practise and try things out, always accompanied by cheerfulness and lightness.

We also devote ourselves to the topic of "mindfulness/lightness" in a 1.5-hour workshop in a sitting circle, in which we provide valuable information and exercises for your everyday life. In addition to yoga, we also explore the surrounding area with silent walks.

By train and bus
Travel by train to Linz main station, from here there are regular bus connections to Altenfelden, pick-up from the Altenfelden Ort bus stop is included at fixed times:
Pick-up from the bus: 14.08 h and 15.08 h (registration at least 24 hours before arrival)
Transfer to the bus: 09.50 h and 10.50 h.
