Yoga, meditation & the power of silence

The Vierkanthof in a secluded location with a view over the hilly landscape of the Mühlviertel offers the ideal atmosphere for a sustainable break. Try out new things, clear your head and feel the impetus for change. You will find retreat and peace at the natural swimming pond, in the woods and in the vastness of the gently rolling landscape. Enjoy moments of relaxation in the pine-scented sauna and in the evening in a cozy atmosphere around the fire bowl.

Modern, vegetarian-vegan cuisine awaits you at the Kleebauer Hof Retreat Center. Start the day with a feel-good breakfast with breads, jams, cheese, freshly prepared porridge, fruit, various types of milk, yogurt, fruit juices, spreads, coffee and various teas. At 2 pm we serve you a light lunch with a warming soup and spreads with bread or pastries.

Through the physical exercises, you are gently guided to meditation via the breath. Body, breath and mind are equally involved in this process. The exercises help us to create a solid physical and emotional foundation so that we can face everyday life with all its demands calmly and contentedly. A holistic effect is created that goes far beyond physical strength and flexibility. In the times of stillness and silence, the peace that we need to come to ourselves can unfold.

The course is suitable for all levels, as both the Hatha yoga exercises and the breathing exercises are adapted to personal abilities.

Note: In order to experience the healing effect of silence, the program takes place in silence from the first evening to the last morning.

To Linz main station, from here there are regular bus connections to Altenfelden, pick-up from Altenfelden bus station is included at fixed times:

Pick-up from the bus: 14.08 h and 15.08 h (registration at least 24 hours before arrival)
Transfer to the bus: 09.50 h and 10.50 h
