Summary

This retreat is primarily aimed at newcomers. Have you heard of shamanism and would like to immerse yourself in this fascinating world? Do you like doing yoga and want to grow beyond yourself? Or would you like to try yoga and combine it with shamanism? Then you've come to the right place!

Yoga and Celtic shamanism - do they go together?

For us a resounding YES!

A shaman is a knower, a seer and a mediator. Through rituals and dream journeys, she reaches our deepest self and can help you to find yourself again.
Yoga originally comes from India, but has the same goal. Here, physical activity is added. Yoga combines body, mind and soul.

At our yoga retreat, you will be guided through the weekend by 2 powerful women and find your own strength. Yoga teacher Theresa will bring your body to its center through balancing and strengthening asanas and prepare you for your shamanic journey with breathing exercises. This will be guided and accompanied by shaman Katrin. Find your individual power animal and get to know its meaning. A small script at the end serves as a companion for you at home.

Included are:
* 4 yoga sessions with Hatha and Yin Yoga
* Winter walk with introduction to shamanism
* Celtic shamanism and the search for your power animal
* 2 shamanic journeys at the end of the evening yoga sessions
* Rich breakfast buffet
* 3-course evening menu, including products from our own farm (also vegetarian and vegan)
* Wellness area with steam bath, Finnish sauna and whirlpool with views of the impressive Gosaukamm mountain range

Additional offer for a fee:
* various massages (partial or full body massage, Lomi Lomi massages, herbal stamps, etc.)
* and much more!

At our summer retreat "3 days yoga retreat, nature, wellness, hiking" you will also find reviews.
