Summary

This retreat is primarily aimed at newcomers. Have you heard about shamanism and would like to immerse yourself in this fascinating world? Do you enjoy yoga but want to surpass your limits? Or would you like to try yoga and combine it with shamanism? Then you've come to the right place! Yoga and Celtic shamanism – do they go together?

For us, it's a resounding YES! A shaman is a wise woman, a seer, and a mediator. Through rituals and dream journeys, she reaches our deepest self and can help you find yourself again. Yoga originated in India, but has the same goal. Here, physical activity is added to the mix. In yoga, you connect body, mind, and soul.

At our yoga retreat, you will be accompanied through the weekend by two powerful women and find your own strength. Yoga teacher Theresa will bring your body into balance and strengthen it with asanas, and prepare you for your shamanic journey with breathing exercises. This will be led and accompanied by shaman Katrin. Find your individual power animal and learn its meaning. A short script at the end will serve as a guide for you to take home. Included are: * 4 yoga sessions with Hatha and Yin Yoga * Winter walk with an introduction to shamanism * Celtic shamanism and the search for your power animal
* 2 shamanic journeys at the end of the evening yoga sessions * Extensive breakfast buffet * 3-course evening menu, including products from our own farm (also vegetarian and vegan) * Wellness area with steam bath, Finnish sauna, and whirlpool with a view of the impressive Gosaukamm

Additional services for a fee: * Various massages (partial or full-body massage, Lomi Lomi massages, herbal stamps, etc.) * And much more! You can also find reviews for our summer retreat "3-day yoga retreat, nature, wellness, hiking."
