Summary

This retreat is primarily aimed at beginners. Have you heard of shamanism and want to dive into this fascinating world? Do you enjoy yoga but want to push yourself further? Or would you like to try yoga and combine it with shamanism? Then you’ve come to the right place!

Yoga and Celtic shamanism—do they go together?

For us, a resounding YES!

A shaman is a wise woman, a seer, and a mediator. Through rituals and guided meditations, she reaches our deepest self and can help you rediscover yourself.
Yoga originated in India but shares the same goal. Here, physical activity is added to the mix. In yoga, we unite body, mind, and soul.

At our yoga retreat, you’ll be guided through the weekend by two powerful women and discover your own inner strength. Yoga teacher Theresa will bring your body into balance through grounding and strengthening asanas and prepare you for your shamanic journey with breathing exercises. This journey will be led and guided by shaman Katrin. Discover your personal power animal and learn its meaning. A short guide at the end will serve as a companion for you to take home.

Included are:
* 4 yoga sessions featuring Hatha and Yin Yoga
* Winter walk with an introduction to shamanism
* Celtic shamanism and the search for your power animal
* 2 shamanic journeys at the end of the evening yoga sessions
* Extensive breakfast buffet
* 3-course evening menu, featuring products from our own farm (including vegetarian and vegan options)
* Wellness area with steam room, Finnish sauna, and whirlpool offering views of the majestic Gosaukamm

Additional services available for a fee:
* Various massages (partial or full-body massage, Lomi Lomi massages, herbal compresses, etc.)
* And much more!
