The wellness weeks on IBIZA create a structured setting designed precisely for this purpose. I have continuously refined them over the years and will be starting my 5th season in 2026.

In various formats—from gentle & restorative to active & invigorating—you’ll find a space here that meets you where you are and guides you through your retreat. In the tranquil northwest of Ibiza, far from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by nature, silence, and open spaces, your nervous system can find peace. Depending on the retreat format, yoga, Pilates, or fitness are combined with meditation and mindful workshops or cacao ceremonies and breathwork. Accommodation

This oasis is situated on a spacious 6,000 m² property—surrounded by the soothing silence of nature. The main house features four cozy bedrooms: two double rooms, each with two single beds, and two single rooms for some quiet time.
If you’re looking for adventure, a comfortable tent is also waiting for you. But hurry—spots are limited! Inside the house, you’ll find two bathrooms, one with a shower, and a refreshing outdoor shower, perfect for enjoying nature.

Magical sunsets and starry skies. The sunsets here are simply unforgettable! You can enjoy them while relaxing on the terrace or right on the yoga platform, with a breathtaking view of the valley. The surroundings are peaceful, ideal for unwinding and relaxing. At night, you’re surrounded by a clear starry sky that feels almost close enough to touch. And on some evenings, you can even hear the gentle sound of the sea. Location - is only about 30 minutes from the airport - is near San Antonio (about 15 minutes by car)
- the beautiful Cala Salada beach is also just 15 minutes away. Your time, your space If you don’t want to share your room with “just anyone,” that’s no problem: just bring a companion! Together, you can immerse yourselves in this special retreat and completely disconnect from your everyday life.

Important to know: The house does NOT have a pool—but it offers plenty of peace and space to relax. By the way, my casa is also available for private retreats. If you’d like to come with a group or are planning a special event, let me know—I’d love to bring your idea to life!

Catering

Food is a feast for both body and soul. At my retreats, food is not just a side note. It is an essential part of the experience—nourishing, connecting, and thoughtfully curated. The cuisine at the retreat is vegetarian and vegan, fresh, colorful, simple, and cooked with lots of love. This year, I’ll be cooking myself.
In recent years, I’ve had the privilege of working with amazing female chefs and drawing inspiration from them. And last fall, I was reminded once again just how much I actually love cooking for others. It feels harmonious and complete—and my passion project has become even more whole as a result. This brings me even closer to the experience, makes me more involved, and allows me to pamper my guests on a deeper culinary level as well.

Meals During Your Retreat Your day begins with a small snack and tea or water—a gentle way to get you in the mood for the morning yoga or movement session. Afterward, a hearty brunch awaits you, lovingly prepared. Even if this is your first experience with plant-based cuisine: let yourself be surprised by how delicious and satisfying it can be. You’ll want for nothing—and if you have a special request, please feel free to let me know. The day concludes with a gentle evening session—followed by a warm, delicious, and nourishing dinner. Let yourself be inspired for when you return home.

Your Retreat Day in Ibiza The day begins in healing silence—with journaling and meditation. A gentle start to ground yourself and consciously set the tone for the day. Then, depending on the retreat format, we dive energetically into yoga, Pilates, or fitness. The practice takes place on our platform with a view of nature. Whether you’re a beginner or already have experience, together with our wonderful teachers—all truly warm-hearted people—you’ll experience the diversity of movement, mindfulness, and body awareness every day. I’ll be there to guide you throughout the week as your host and chef.

After the practice, a delicious brunch awaits you, lovingly prepared and nourishing for both body and mind. Time for discovery & connection: Fortified and inspired, the day is yours to explore. Together with other participants, you can discover the magical island of Ibiza—sun, beach, sea, and that special energy you can feel everywhere here.
For excursions, we recommend a shared rental car, which you can organize independently as a group. Hiking, laughing, dancing—and there’s also room for emotions and personal processes to unfold. Mystical sunsets, rhythmic drumming, hippie markets, and nature experiences are just as much a part of it as quiet moments for yourself.
You decide at any time whether you want to spend time with the group or entirely on your own. Perhaps you’ll stay in the house and treat yourself to a soothing massage or treatment from our wellness offerings. Everything is allowed—nothing is required. Evenings full of depth & enjoyment In the evening, we come together again.
A gentle session or a special workshop invites you to relax and integrate before the day comes to a close with a lovingly prepared dinner. The program is thoughtfully and harmoniously structured. A day of silence gives you space to retreat, reflect, and integrate. It is often in this very stillness that the answers we seek in vain on the outside emerge.

Depending on the retreat format, you can also look forward to cacao ceremonies, breathwork sessions, mindful workshops, or coaching on topics such as self-awareness, mindset, energy work, personal development, and healing. Constellation work may also be part of the retreat, or perhaps regulation of your nervous system. Our teachers bring a wealth of experience—so the program can be adapted to the group’s needs at any time.
Everything is possible. Nothing is mandatory. During the retreat, you’ll receive valuable insights and tools that will continue to guide you even after you return—for greater connection, clarity, and grounding in everyday life. We recommend that you consciously avoid distractions such as social media, alcohol, tobacco, or other intoxicants during the retreat so that you can truly be fully present with yourself.

Arrival

Travel & Extensions You’ll arrange your own travel—but don’t worry: if you need help booking your flight, I’m happy to assist! The retreat house is located just about 30 minutes from Ibiza Airport.
The nearest town is San Antonio (15 minutes), and the beautiful Cala Salada beach is also just 15 minutes away. If you’d like to extend your stay on the island—for example, because your flights work better that way or you simply want to relax a little longer—this is possible by arrangement.
During this time, self-catering is provided. How to get from the airport to the retreat Rental car – perfect if you want to explore the island flexibly Taxi or private taxi arranged by friends – approx. €50 from the airport to the house

Bus – for about €4 to San Antonio; we’ll pick you up from there Preparation & Communication Two weeks before the retreat, I’ll create a WhatsApp group where all participants can get to know each other. There, you can chat, plan carpools, and, for example, organize a rental car together.
