Perhaps it's the merry-go-round of thoughts that won't leave you alone because you question a lot (and especially yourself). Maybe you find it difficult to say no or set boundaries, especially with your family or friends. And you put your needs last.
Even though you realize that these expectations you're trying to fulfill no longer feel like you. Maybe you've always focused on others and you feel that the time has come to put yourself first. That a calmer, more confident version of yourself exists. Not loud, not dominant: clear.💫

This retreat is not about becoming a new woman. It's about letting go of the old version that learned to keep itself small.💋 Bonjour, I'm Amandine Guilbert, born in France, a systemic coach specializing in self-confidence and women's empowerment (femmecoaching), yoga teacher, and foreign language teacher.
