On this summer yoga retreat, you’ll experience a truly unique and varied program that strengthens your body, calms your mind, and gives your soul wings again! Yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, Qigong, and fresh inspiration every day. We’ll practice in the morning right in the middle of the lake on a beautiful wooden pier and out in nature on wonderful hikes. A lovely hike starts right in front of the hotel and leads to Gerlhamer Moor. You’ll also be introduced to the new Walkiness® method with a unique new practice: Yogawalk®.
The retreat is led by Mag.art. Marion Bachinger.
She is an E-RYS 500 / Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (500 hours) – Level 4,
a Pilates instructor, hiking guide, agency owner, and tour guide who has been leading desert tours in Morocco for 20 years
The boutique hotel is located directly on the turquoise-blue Attersee in the Salzkammergut, with a private sunbathing lawn and a gorgeous swimming dock. All rooms feature lake views and a private balcony.
The restaurant offers Italian-Sicilian cuisine of the highest quality.
The hotel also features a sauna area with a modern Finnish sauna, a bio sauna, a plunge pool, an infrared cabin, and a cozy, warm relaxation area.
